£100 Amazon Voucher/Donation Offer
 

1. The offer. Buy or lease a new A3 photocopier from XOS UK Ltd ("XOS," "we," "us") on an agreement signed and confirmed between 01/09/26 and 30/09/26 ("the Offer Period"), and receive either a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, or, where the customer's organisation is unable to accept a gift, a £100 donation to a UK-registered charity, made in the customer's company name, at the customer's choice.
    

2. Eligibility. Open to UK business, education, NHS and public sector customers only. Not open to consumers or sole traders purchasing for personal use. One redemption per business per Offer Period, regardless of the number of devices ordered.
    

3. Qualifying purchases. Applies to new A3 Xerox/Lexmark photocopier purchases or lease agreements only. Does not apply to renewals, extensions or upgrades of an existing agreement, to A4 devices, or to any other product or service supplied by XOS.
    

4. Claiming the offer. (4a.) To be eligible, the offer must be requested in writing, by email or other written communication, during the order process and before any lease and/or service contract has been signed.
   (4b.) For outright purchases to be eligible the offer must be requested before XOS provide a quotation.
    

5. Redemption. The reward becomes payable once the device has been delivered and installed, and the delivery note has been signed and returned to XOS confirming this. The reward will be issued within 7 working days of the signed delivery note being received. Amazon Gift Cards will be sent electronically to the email address provided on the order. Charity donations will be made directly by XOS and confirmed to the customer by email.
    

6. Choosing the charity donation. Customers who are unable to accept a gift under their organisation's own gifts, hospitality or procurement policy may request the charity donation in place of the Gift Card. The donation will only be made to, a charity registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (or the equivalent regulator for Scotland/Northern Ireland). It is the customer's responsibility to check their own organisation's policy before accepting either option; XOS accepts no liability for a customer accepting a reward in breach of their employer's internal policy.
    

7. One reward per order. The Gift Card and the charity donation are alternatives, not additional to one another. Only one reward will be issued per qualifying order.
    

8. Not combinable. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or voucher code unless stated otherwise in writing by XOS.
    

9. Right to amend or withdraw. XOS reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice, including before the stated end date, though this will not affect any reward already earned under a confirmed agreement where the device has already been delivered and installed.

11. Data. Any personal data collected to administer this offer will be used solely for that purpose, in line with XOS's Privacy Policy.
