The Xerox® Proficio™ PX500 is a high-performance digital colour press delivering 100 pages per minute, Ultra HD resolution (2400 x 2400 dpi), and an optional fifth colour station for Beyond CMYK embellishments — including fluorescent pink, clear, and low gloss clear. Built for commercial print and graphic arts environments, it features automated colour density control, front-to-back registration, and anti-static technology for synthetic substrates. Driven by the Xerox Print Server powered by Fiery® FS700X and integrated with Xerox FreeFlow® Workflow Software and XMPie® personalised communications, the PX500 maximises volume, quality, and profitability in a single production press.

The PX500 maintains rated speed across all media weights up to 400gsm for both simplex and duplex printing. No slowdowns on heavyweight stocks, just consistent, uninterrupted production.

Ultra HD Image Quality 

The same 4.7-micron HD low-melt toner and LED imaging technology found in the PX300, delivering exceptional clarity, sharper detail and smoother colour transitions at up to 2400 × 2400 dpi, but at 100 ppm.
